Thinking About Selling? Start Here 

If selling your home has been on your mind, don't start by making a long list of updates you think you need to make.

Start by talking with a real estate agent.

Before your home is listed, we'll talk about your goals, your timeline, and what you're hoping to get out of the sale. We'll also look at comparable homes that have recently sold and talk about where your home may fit in the current market.

Then we can walk through the property and decide what actually needs your attention before listing. You may find that some of the projects you were planning aren't necessary.

You don't have to be ready to put a sign in the yard to start the conversation.
