Corrie Connects, LLC provides operational, marketing, and systems support services for real estate agents and service-based businesses. Services are designed to support consistency, organization, and long-term relationship management within a client’s business. 

Scope of Services

Corrie Connects offers two distinct service structures designed to support different areas of a client’s business.

Structured Visibility System™ (Social Media Management):
An ongoing monthly service focused on consistent visibility, strategic positioning, and content alignment. This service supports long-term brand presence and relationship development through structured, intentional social media execution.

CRM System Installation & Optimization:
A short-term implementation engagement focused on building and refining the internal systems that support lead management, follow-up, and pipeline visibility. This service is designed to establish a functional and scalable CRM foundation rather than provide ongoing system management.

Each service operates under its own scope, timeline, and payment structure. Services are not interchangeable and are delivered independently unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Real Estate License Disclosure

Corrie Bobo is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio. License is held with Lepi Referral Network, LLC as a referral agent.

Corrie Connects, LLC operates independently and provides operational and marketing support services only. Corrie Connects does not provide real estate brokerage services, represent buyers or sellers, or participate in real estate transactions.

No Guarantee of Results

Corrie Connects provides structured systems, tools, and support designed to improve consistency, organization, and visibility. However, results such as lead generation, client conversion, or income are not guaranteed.

Outcomes depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, market conditions, client participation, and individual business practices.

Payment Terms

Services are billed based on the type of engagement selected.

Structured Visibility System™ (Social Media Management):

• Services are provided on a month-to-month basis

• Payment is due upon signing for the first month

• Ongoing invoices are billed monthly and due by the 25th

• Late payments may result in service interruption and applicable late fees

CRM System Installation & Optimization:

• Services are billed as a one-time project fee

• Full payment is due upon invoice issuance

• Work will begin once payment has been received

Failure to submit payment may result in delayed start, suspension, or cancellation of services.

Cancellation Policy

Structured Visibility System™ (Social Media Management):
This is a month-to-month engagement. Either party may terminate services with written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Services will continue through the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are provided.

CRM System Installation & Optimization:
Due to the structured, short-term nature of this engagement, payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Early termination requires written notice and may result in forfeiture of remaining deliverables, with all completed work provided to the Client.

Intellectual Property

All systems, templates, processes, and materials developed by Corrie Connects remain the intellectual property of Corrie Connects, LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients are granted access for use within their business but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Corrie Connects, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use services provided.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, loss of income, missed opportunities, or platform-related issues.

Privacy

Corrie Connects respects your privacy.

Any information submitted through this website, contact forms, or direct communication will be used solely for communication and service-related purposes. Information is not sold or shared with third parties.
