You are responsible for entering and managing your contacts within your CRM.

How are services billed?

Structured Visibility System:
Billed monthly, in advance, and due by the 25th for the upcoming month.

CRM Installation:
One-time payment due upon receipt prior to beginning work.

Can I cancel services?

The Structured Visibility System is a month-to-month service.

Written notice is required prior to the next billing cycle to discontinue.

Do you offer custom packages?

Services are structured to maintain consistency and quality.

Custom work may be considered depending on scope.

What does the CRM service include?

This is a structured CRM system installation designed to organize your contacts, pipeline, and follow-up processes.

Do you manage my CRM after setup?

No. This is a one-time installation service.
